HK Drinks (the "Company", "we", "us", "our") is an authorised retailer of premium tequila products operating in Hong Kong. We are licensed under the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance (Cap. 109) to sell intoxicating liquor.

2. Age Verification & Legal Compliance

In accordance with the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance (Cap. 109) and the Dutiable Commodities (Liquor) Regulations of Hong Kong:

• You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from this website.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the recipient of the delivery is also at least 18 years old.
• We reserve the right to request proof of age at the point of delivery. If satisfactory proof cannot be provided, we reserve the right to refuse delivery and a refund will be issued (less any applicable delivery charges).
• Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business. 根據香港法律，不得在業務過程中，向未成年人售賣或供應令人醺醉的酒類。
• Any person who sells or supplies intoxicating liquor to a minor commits an offence under Cap. 109 and may be liable to prosecution.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance by us. A contract is formed between you and HK Drinks only when we send you an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders where we suspect fraudulent activity or age misrepresentation.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown.
• All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) and are inclusive of any applicable duties.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and will notify you before processing your order if a pricing discrepancy is found.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit / Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
• FPS (Faster Payment System) — Bank transfer via Hong Kong's real-time payment network.
• PayMe by HSBC — Mobile payment via the PayMe platform.

All transactions are processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information.

In accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), card data is handled exclusively by our payment processor (Stripe) and is never transmitted to or stored on our systems.

5. Delivery

Please refer to our full Delivery Policy for complete details. Key points:

• We deliver within Hong Kong only. We do not ship internationally.
• Delivery is typically within 48 hours for in-stock items.
• Delivery will only be made to a person aged 18 or over. If no eligible adult is available to receive the order, we may be unable to complete delivery.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

6. Consumer Rights under Hong Kong Law

Your statutory rights as a consumer in Hong Kong are protected under the following legislation:

• Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) — All goods sold must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
• Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457) — Services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.
• Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) — We will not make false or misleading representations about our products.
• Consumer Council Ordinance (Cap. 447) — You have the right to seek redress through the Consumer Council if disputes cannot be resolved directly.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under Hong Kong law.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our full Returns Policy for complete details. In summary:

• We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned goods.
• We do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind, unless required by Hong Kong law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of HK Drinks or its licensors and is protected under Hong Kong intellectual property law.

• Cincoro® is a registered trademark of Cincoro Tequila LLC. All brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or our products.
• Our total liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.
• We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

11. Responsible Drinking

HK Drinks is committed to the responsible sale of alcohol. We actively promote responsible drinking and comply with all relevant public health guidelines issued by the Department of Health of Hong Kong.

• Do not drink and drive.
• Alcohol is not suitable for pregnant women, persons under 18, or those with certain medical conditions.
• If you or someone you know has concerns about alcohol use, please contact the Alcohol and Drug Treatment Centre at 2382 1888 or the Department of Health at 2319 8170.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
